"Pickup turned into a whole ordeal"
I ordered online thinking pickup would be this quick, painless little errand, but wow, it turned into a mini disaster. The time they gave me clearly did not match reality, because I still ended up standing around waiting after I got there like I had all the time in the world.
There was barely any direction on where to go or who to talk to, and it felt like nobody had a clue which order was mine. Pickup is supposed to be the easy part, not some dramatic treasure hunt, so yeah, I’m not exactly eager to do that again.

"Carryout was a little slow"
Grabbed carryout from Jimano’s and the food was good once I got it. It just took about 10-15 minutes longer than the time online said, which was kind of annoying since I was trying to get dinner quick and get back to that. The staff was friendly, though, and everything in the order was right. I’d still order from them again

"Super convenient spot"
Jimanos is really close to where I live, so grabbing pickup is always easy. The food can be a little hit or miss sometimes, not terrible or anything, just depends on the day, but the convenience makes it worth it for me.

I tried to check the allergen info before ordering, but it was hard to find and didn’t explain things clearly. Since I have food allergies, I can’t just guess and hope it’s fine. Because of that, I ended up leaving the site without ordering. It was really frustrating, especially for something that important.

"The food may have been okay, but..."
The food may have been okay, but the staff attitude kind of ruined it for me. I asked a simple question and felt like I was annoying them just by being there. No smile, quick one-word answers, and the whole interaction had a rude vibe.

I’ve been to plenty of similar places where the service is casual but still warm, so this really stood out in a bad way. I’m not expecting anything special, just basic friendliness. If that’s how they usually treat customers, I probably won’t order from here again.

"I was just trying to pick up..."
I was just trying to pick up some food, but the parking situation was a mess. I drove around for way too long and eventually just gave up and left. It feels unfair to customers to make something as simple as grabbing an order this stressful. If you’re planning to pick up, I’d think twice unless they sort this out.

As someone who orders pizza online probably more than I should, this was a smooth experience. The checkout was easy, my order came out right, and the pizza was exactly what I picked. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall it wasn’t a big deal...

"Lots to Choose From"
The menu has a ton of options, which is always nice because I like having choices, but while I was looking through it I kept thinking it would be even better if there were just a few more sides to pick from. Still, plenty there overall

"Packed well and stayed warm"
I assumed the sauce would leak a bit, but nope, everything showed up warm and neatly packed. The sauce cup stayed sealed, which was nice. Only thing is I kinda figured the box would be sturdier, but overall it was a solid delivery

my experience ordering over the phone wasn’t great. I felt rushed the whole time, and the questions I had didn’t really get answered, which made the whole thing frustrating.

"Pretty solid hours overall"
I’ve had a good experience with Jimano’s hours for the most part. They’re usually open right when I’m trying to figure out dinner, even on those hectic weeknights when no one feels like cooking. And finding the hours on their site is simple enough, which I appreciate, who wants to dig around forever just to see if a place is open? My only small complaint is that I wish they stayed open a bit later on certain nights. Other than that, reliable.

"Doesn’t feel like the same Jimano’s"
I’ve ordered from Jimano’s before and had a good experience, so I wasn’t expecting to feel so thrown off this time. The website just doesn’t really match the vibe of the actual store, and some of the menu photos and deals weren’t what I thought I was getting. Come on now, that stuff matters when you’re ordering food online.
The food itself was fine, not bad or anything, but the whole thing felt a little inconsistent. Online it seemed like one version of the place, then in person it felt like another. Not a huge disaster, just confusing enough that it made the experience less enjoyable.

"Too loud and uncomfortable"
The place just wasn’t comfortable. It was loud, cramped, and felt a bit messy, with really harsh lighting that made it hard to relax. I got the feeling they’re more focused on packing people in and making money than creating a nice experience. I pretty much ate as fast as I could and left.

"Easy checkout, just one small thing"
So... payment was easy overall. They had both card and PayPal options, and the checkout went through without any issues. I just wish the fees were shown a little more clearly before the final step.

"Expected better for the price"
I ordered pizza and wings, and it was disappointing. The pizza showed up kind of soggy, and the toppings didn’t have much flavor. The wings were dry too, which was a bummer because I was really looking forward to them. I reached out to support, but the response made me feel like they were blaming me for the issue instead of trying to help. It wasn’t the worst meal ever, but for what I paid, I definitely expected better.

"Left Hungry and Disappointed"
I was still hungry after my order, which just doesn’t feel right when you’re paying for a full meal. If a place is going to charge decent money, they should at least make sure the portions are fair.

"Good food, little late"
For an office lunch, we used Jimano's for catering, and overall it was good. The pizza and pasta came hot, and everyone ate well, which was the main thing. Delivery was maybe 10 minutes late, not really a big problem though. Portions were fair, and online ordering was easy enough to get through. I would use them again
